How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, click the cart icon and then «Check out». If you don't have an account, you'll need to sign up or log in. Fill in your delivery details and confirm the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MB Way, credit/debit card and pay on delivery (cash or card at the door).
Can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Orders already being prepared may not be cancelled.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Contact us on the day of delivery. We guarantee exchange or refund for products that are not in good condition.
Do you deliver outside the local area?
Our main delivery area is the local region. At checkout you can check if your postcode is covered. For other areas, contact us.
